This role spans across EYFS to KS2, giving you the chance to support children at various stages of their development. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA): Assist pupils across EYFS to KS2 with personalised learning strategies. Support classroom activities and provide one-on-one assistance where needed. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning. Collaborate with teachers to adapt resources and approaches to meet individual needs. Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA): Experience working with children in EYFS through to KS2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education. Right to work in the UK. Up-to-date CV with two references from the last 2 years.
