Brief Overview
This is a property developer with serious intent, operating across Manchester & London and now moving into more scenic coastal areas, delivering everything from mega cool branded residences and city apartments to family homes and full-blown, place-led communities. They don’t just build developments, they build destinations. And they don’t just follow the market; they help shape it.
Culturally, they’re grounded. No egos. No noise. Just good people with a shared ambition to do good work, grow sustainably, and enjoy the process along the way. It’s that rare environment where you’re trusted to get on with it but supported when you need it.
The role
Not too big. Not too small. Just dangerous enough to do things properly & with very little micro-management. It’s that rare environment where you’re trusted to get on with it but supported when you need it.
This isn’t a “stick to one channel and stay in your lane” kind of role. This is for someone who wants to own the full marketing picture – from early-stage concepts and brand positioning, through to launch campaigns and everything that follows. You’ll be across email, CRM, social, content, web, events – making it all hang together and actually mean something. Not just activity for activity’s sake.
In short, you’ll have a big say in how developments come to life, how they’re perceived, and ultimately how they perform.
What we’re after
In short, a marketer who has a steady & lateral career to date, a love for property, simply wants more responsibility, and a place where you will have a say as well as less micro-management.
Someone who gets that great marketing isn’t just clicks and opens – it’s how a brand feels, how a story lands, and how a campaign builds from nothing into something people actually care about.
You’ll be hands-on, ideas-led, and commercially switched on. Comfortable jumping between writing copy, briefing creative, analysing CRM & performance, or pulling together an event that people actually want to attend.
You’ll understand the importance of brand – how it’s built, protected, and brought to life across different developments and audiences. A background in property or hospitality would be hugely helpful, but mindset and attitude matter more. Someone good to be around, curious, proactive, and happy to roll their sleeves up.
Why bother?
Because roles like this don’t come up often. It’s a business with momentum, a strong pipeline, and the kind of culture that people don’t tend to leave. If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make your mark, this is one to explore.
You’ll have the freedom to do things properly, scope to develop & you will grow with them plus you’ll have the backing to make real impact, and a business that’s growing without losing its soul.
If you’re at that stage where you want more ownership, more say, and more opportunity to leave your mark… this could be the one. Salary isn’t set in stone but will be around the £38,000 mark depending on where you’re at with your career.
