About the Role: As Housekeeper, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control across the home. You'll help create a calm and comforting atmosphere where residents feel respected, cared for, and at home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Daily cleaning of residents' rooms, communal areas, and facilities
* Maintaining infection control standards in line with CQC and NHS guidelines
* Supporting residents with dignity and discretion, respecting their personal space
* Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure a holistic, person-centred environment
About You: We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in housekeeping within a nursing or residential care setting
* Knowledgeable about infection control and COSHH regulations
* Compassionate, reliable, and takes pride in their work
* Comfortable working in a mental health care environment
* A team player who understands the importance of a clean, safe, and homely setting for recovery and dignity
