About the Role - We are looking for an experienced Account Manager based remotely in UK / Great Britain for regional Sales.
Travel - 25%-50%
Responsibilities -
* Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration.
* Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers.
* Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
* Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
* Effectively handle of customers' issue.
* Meet sales budget (booking/Billing).
* Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.
* Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
* Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel.
Education Background/ Major:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing
Experience (Must):
At least 4 years of experience in sales or account management in the semiconductor industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Knowledge (Must):
Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products
Abilities/Qualities:
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Channel partners and identify new business opportunities
Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the Northern Europe or Eastern Europe region
Skills/Certifications:
* Fluent in English with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
