Quest Global are seeking a security administrator to provide high quality administrative support to the department and relevant senior managers. Ensuring day to day administrative support to keep company personnel and security data updated; interacting with internal / external stakeholders clients to maintain build good relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure pre-vetting checks (BPSS) via online electronic vetting are completed as part of the security vetting process
Induction and aftercare training sessions, working towards being able to deliver sessions independently
Maintaining the Personnel Security Vetting register where clearances are documented, tracked, and monitored
Maintaining the Aftercare requirements once security clearances have been issued
Issue of site access passes with appropriate levels of access and update as necessary
Support with the ongoing security awareness education and leavers process through face to face and online training modules
Provide administrative support of any process established in support of asset control including maintaining the asset and risk registers, protected document registers
Support security reviews and audits, support accreditation activities with the client and regulating authorities
Ensure that outcome of any security incident is recorded in an Incident Management Register / Security Risk Register
Maintain audit schedule

Work Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Involved in projects of a sensitive nature - good confidentiality skills
Strong knowledge of defence security protocols and classified information handling
Proactive with the ability to identify process improvement and implement any changes
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as both written and verbal communication and presentation skills .
Education and experience
Business Administration / BA (Hons) Business Administration degree.
5 8 years of experience in defence, military or high -security environment
Strong communication skills, confident interacting with a range of stakeholders
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of forming and maintaining effective relationships, throughout the business and stakeholder community
