With each project, product, and partnership, we endeavour to forge a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Planner coordinator with a logistical background who has the ability to help drive improvements, efficiency and simplification across the planning department. You will be working closely with the Senior Planner and Operations Lead to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all planned work. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating both in-house and subcontractor field teams, ensuring everyone is aligned to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role combines planning, resource allocation, customer service, and subcontractor management with leadership and training responsibilities. Based in a friendly office environment that values teamwork and continuous improvement, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference while working alongside supportive colleagues dedicated to delivering outstanding results. Planning & Coordination: Plan and schedule all contractor and project jobs, using Dime Scheduler/Salesforce to manage resource allocation efficiently. Coordinate in-house and subcontractor field teams to deliver high-quality, timely work. Work closely with the Senior Planner and Operations lead to align site allocations and optimise resource utilisation. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within the planning schedule and reschedule work as needed to address urgent jobs, crew availability, and customer requirements. Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing queries and concerns to ensure a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress updates and notify customers of survey and installation booking dates. Subcontractor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, surveyors, and key customers to facilitate smooth project execution. Liaise with subcontractors to coordinate availability, negotiate dates, and address any additional resource requirements. Provide feedback on subcontractor performance and escalate any quality or service issues to the Senior Planner and Operations Lead. Contract Coordination: Act as the key contact for all contracts, ensuring all requirements are met and maintaining clear communication with clients. Create and update detailed spreadsheets for each project, tracking everything from surveys to installation dates. Liaise with clients to confirm surveyor requirements, coordinate surveyor availability, and manage bookings. Notify the compliance team to process documents after work is completed. Skills and experience: Proven coordination or planning experience, ideally within the construction or contracting industry. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and relevant planning software. Proactive Mentality Ability to use own initiative Highly organised, with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and work independently. Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities. Analytical mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to shared success.
