The company has recently introduced a refreshed brand proposition, updated its look, and launched an ambitious marketing strategy. It is now seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join its small team at the Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers a rare opportunity to elevate organic social content through a bold channel and content strategy, while driving awareness of life-changing varicose vein treatments.
Responsibilities
1) Elevate organic social content through a bold channel and content strategy to drive awareness of varicose vein treatments. 2) Manage social media to grow engagement on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 3) Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campaigns, including influencer partnerships and end-to-end campaign planning (desirable). 4) Analyse insights, spot trends, and adapt strategies; interpret data to inform content and tactics. 5) Maintain high-quality copywriting and storytelling, simplifying complex messages into engaging content. 6) Work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment and travel to 40+ nationwide clinics (expenses covered). 7) Communicate clearly and effectively; balance creative ideas with analytical thinking; demonstrate a proactive, self-starting approach.
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand (ideally in health, beauty, wellness, or customer-focused sectors)
* Proven track record of driving growth and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Experience with influencer partnerships and end-to-end campaign planning (desirable)
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex messages into engaging content
* Confident in analysing insights, spotting trends, and adapting strategies
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and within a small team
* Willing to travel to 40+ nationwide clinics (expenses covered)
* Clear and confident communicator
* Balanced creative and analytical mindset – skilled in idea generation and data interpretation
* Commercially aware with a genuine interest in helping people through clear communication
* Collaborative, supportive, and happy to step outside the role when needed
* Self-starter who thrives in a small, agile team and takes ownership of their work
