* Role: IT Support Engineer (2nd Line)
* Location: Chippenham, UK
* Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Benefits
* Schedule: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Role Responsibilities
* Manage and administer cloud and on-premises platforms and services.
* Support users across various businesses.
* Assist with projects and infrastructure upgrades.
* Perform daily system checks and backups.
