Cluster Manager - Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary : £45-47k dependent on experience Hours of work : Full time, 40 hours per week. Location of work : Leeds (site based) Line Manager : Senior Operations Manager JOB SUMMARY As Cluster Manager for Leeds, you will inspire and lead a dynamic team of General Managers to deliver high-quality facilities across three Hubs. The role will initially be based at Woodhall Sports Hub in Calverley, expanding to mobilise Green Park in Temple Newsam ahead of opening in Summer 2027, followed by Holbeck in Winter 2027. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the organisation, operations, and delivery of services across the three sites. This includes overseeing staff performance, customer service, bookings, administration, financial management, and maintaining high facility standards. You will also play a key strategic role in: Ensuring the successful mobilisation and launch of each Hub. Driving community engagement and participation across all sites. Developing partnerships with local organisations, clubs, and stakeholders. Delivering against key performance indicators and business objectives.
