Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Change Manager to lead the organisational change management (OCM) workstream within our Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programme. The role will ensure that people, processes, and culture are effectively prepared for the transition to Oracle Cloud ERP, enabling sustainable adoption and maximising return on investment.
The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, business stakeholders, HR, and communications teams to plan and execute change, communications, and training strategies that support a smooth and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy and plan to support the Oracle Cloud ERP rollout across the organisation.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and impact assessments, identifying business areas most affected by system and process changes.
* Design and execute communication and engagement plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging throughout the transformation journey.
* Partner with functional leads to translate system and process changes into business‑friendly language and actions.
* Manage the change network / change champions to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption at all levels.
* Conduct change impact analyses, readiness assessments, and resistance management activities.
* Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver user training materials and support learning initiatives.
* Support user adoption tracking and post go‑live reinforcement through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
* Monitor and report on change progress, stakeholder sentiment, and adoption KPIs to programme governance forums.
* Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and managers to help them lead change effectively.
* Contribute to cutover and go‑live readiness planning from an organisational change perspective.
Skills and Experience Required
* 7+ years’ experience in organisational change management within large‑scale ERP or technology transformation programmes.
* Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP change programmes, ideally covering Finance, Procurement, HR, Projects, or SCM.
* Strong understanding of ERP business processes and transformation impacts.
* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, communication strategy, and training coordination.
* Experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences from executives to end users.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to identify and manage change risks and dependencies.
* Experience in measuring and reporting on adoption, readiness, and change effectiveness.
* Familiarity with project management and agile delivery methods in complex enterprise environments.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or ACMP) required.
