About Our Client
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing technology company based in Wilmslow, Manchester. They specialise in delivering managed IT support, telecoms, VoIP, and connectivity solutions to a diverse range of UK businesses. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their sales team by adding a Telesales Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with telesales or outbound sales experience seeking to develop a career within the tech sector, with clear progression into an Account Manager role.
Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities over the phone.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to engage decision-makers, promote the company's services, and arrange appointments for the field sales team.
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients across various sectors.
* Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the field-based sales team.
* Build rapport with potential clients and understand their business needs.
* Accurately log all activity in the CRM system.
* Work towards individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the wider team to improve messaging and lead targeting.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales.
* Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
* Ability to learn and communicate technical IT and telecom solutions.
* Well organised with good time management skills.
* Full UK driving licence is essential due to office location and future opportunities.
