Key Responsibilities:
Carry out breakdowns, servicing, and new installations of gas and wet heating systems
Perform plumbing diagnostics and repairs
Adhere to Gas Safe regulations and all health & safety legislation
Work collaboratively with planners, service teams, and contractors to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Maintain high first-time fix rates and manage van stock effectively
Option to join an on-call rota supporting a 24/7 emergency repairs service
Take ownership of personal development, keeping up with industry legislation and technical updates
Monitor your own performance to support service improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
ACS Core Safety Assessment – CCN1
Combustion Analysis – CPA1
Cookers – CKR1
Space Heaters – HTR1
Central Heating – CEN1
DHWSS qualification (unvented hot water systems)
Plumbing NVQ Level 2
Full valid UK Driving Licence (business van provided)
