Finance Manager Salary: £63,990 (including Market Supplement & Deputy S151 Allowance) West Midlands Hybrid Working We're looking for a talented and driven Finance Manager to lead our Financial Services function at Rugby Borough Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Council's transformation agenda and long-term financial sustainability. As Deputy Section 151 Officer, you'll be the technical lead on all financial matters, working closely with the Chief Officer for Finance & Performance to deliver efficient, high-performing, and value-for-money services across the Council.
