Bus Driver / PSV Driver / PCV Driver Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
2. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a comfortable journey.
3. Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior, including regular cleaning and sanitization procedures.
4. Adhere to strict schedules and timelines, ensuring on-time arrivals and departures.
5. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of the bus.
6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and respond to emergencies.
Bus Driver / PSV Driver / PCV Driver Requirements:
7. Valid UK Driver’s License with Category D entitlement.
8. CPC qualification.
9. Proven experience as a Bus Driver, with a clean driving record.
10. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
11. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
13. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
