Oscar Technology has partnered with a leading consultancy to recruit for a skilled Cloud Engineer with strong M and Azure experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in a front-of-house, client-facing role.
Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support for Microsoft and Azure services while working closely with dynamic software engineering teams. You'll play a key role in service migrations, onboarding/offboarding, ticket prioritisation, and ITIL-based processes. This role also involves consultancy, on-site audits, and producing clear reports for clients, making it ideal for someone looking to step up in their IT engineering career.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft and Azure environments.
2. Manage service migrations to new tenants.
3. Oversee starters, leavers, and transfers processes.
4. Prioritise and escalate user support tickets in line with SLAs.
5. Deliver on-site support, audits, and client consultancy.
6. Produce high-quality written reports of audit findings and recommendations.
7. Support software engineering teams with infrastructure and M provisioning.
8. Contribute to the design and build of new client environments.
Essential Skills:
9. Practical experience supporting Microsoft and Azure services.
10. Proven track record of managing tenant migrations.
11. Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management/escalation.
12. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting.
13. Ability to prioritise workload effectively in fast-paced environments.
14. Experience supporting software engineering or technical project teams.
