To support the effective operation of the Smart Metering department by ensuring the smart metering database is accurately maintained and kept fully up to date. Reporting to the Technical Team Manager, the role provides reliable and timely data management that enables the technical team to plan, deliver, and monitor smart metering activities efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
* Supporting the team with incoming phone calls on a daily basis
* Monitoring and dealing with queries in Jira.
* De-programming of Field Operatives work and troubleshoot.
* Raising of meter work orders
* Update database records of meter technical details daily.
* Support for all Field Staff
* Remote fault investigation
* Processing all relevant industry flows that fall under Technical Team within specific SLAs
* Provide information/data in respect of their metering queries, aborted visits and complaints
* Continually improve working methods and processes and make recommendations
* To review allocated CRM orders within agreed timescales, passing to Finance at the earliest appropriate time
* To update customer meter portfolio statuses in respect of completions, customer actions, supplier actions and Stark actions, engaging with appropriate teams within Stark and reporting back to customers at agreed intervals
* To support Account Managers in customer meetings as required
* Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
* Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
* Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and co-operate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
* Any other reasonable duties as required.
