What Theyre Looking For
Theyre keen to meet someone who is:
* Experienced as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS within construction
* Ideally familiar with drylining, partitions, ceilings or interior packages
* Commercially aware and confident working with contractors and site teams
* Organised and capable of managing multiple projects
* A strong communicator with good negotiation skills
* Motivated, proactive and keen to progress their career
The Opportunity
Youll play a key role within the commercial team, helping ensure projects are delivered successfully from tender stage through to final account while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys being hands-on commercially, solving problems and contributing to project success while building their long-term career within the construction industry.
