Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE

An incredible opportunity for a Membership Manager has arisen at a high-end private members club in London. The Membership Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of membership, from recruitment to retention, ensuring that members receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
The role:
* Manage the membership process, including applications, interviews, and onboarding
* Conduct visits with prospective members
* Responsible for driving membership acquisitions
* Promote the club directly to appropriate new members
* Member communications
* Foster strong relationships with current members, addressing their needs and enhancing their club experience
* Have a strong presence on site acting as the face of the club
* Track member feedback and ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently
* Support the events team with concepts and ideas for exclusive events and activities
* Analyse membership trends and provide insights to senior management
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve member satisfaction and engagement
Experience:
* Previous experience in a membership management role from a luxury hospitality background
* Be a people driven person, with energy and positivity
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong network and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
* Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Well presented with excellent communication skills
