Architectural Technician – Chelmsford (up to £40,000)
If you’re an Architectural Technician who wants more ownership and a clear path up, this role gives you the chance to take a leading position in a tight team. Youll work directly with well‑respected house builders and see impressive residential projects through technical design and on‑site.
Responsibilities
* Pick up schemes from planning, turn them into buildable information, and keep delivery moving.
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors, produce clear working drawings in AutoCAD, review details on site, and handle day‑to‑day client conversations with support from the senior team.
* Produce planning and technical drawings with confidence, keeping quality and deadlines on track.
* Work directly with well‑respected house builders and see impressive residential projects through technical design and on‑site.
Qualifications
* Experience on residential developments.
* Can produce planning and technical drawings with confidence.
* Understand how to keep quality and deadlines on track.
* Local to Chelmsford.
* Revit experience helps, but is not essential.
