We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our EYFS team. The successful candidate will: Teach a class of mixed Pre-school and Reception children. Maintain a high-quality, stimulating, and enabling learning environment to promote children’s best start in EYFS. Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge. Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the EYFS framework to meet the needs of all pupils. Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment to promote progress towards the seven areas of learning. Use observation, assessment and feedback effectively to inform next steps and ensure strong progress for all pupils Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment. In conjunction with our Forest School Leader, ensure pre-school and reception children have opportunities to experience outdoor learning and under their direction, Forest School, to ensure all pupils benefit and access sessions. Contribute to whole-school initiatives and strategic priorities for school improvement in line with the School Development Plan. Uphold our school values and motto: “Shaping Bright Futures Together.” Build strong relationships with parents, carers, colleagues, and external agencies. Have experience of using the Little Wandle phonics scheme.
