As a Factory operative, you will be part of a skilled team in our Timber Frame Factory, producing engineered roof trusses for housebuilding in line with production schedules. Job Details: PM Shift: Monday - Friday (6am - 2pm) Pay Rate:AM SHIFT £13.67 Overtime (over 37.5h):£20.51 Sunday Rate:£27.34 Key Responsibilities: 1. Producing timber frame panels according to production schedules. 2. Operating on a semi-automated manufacturing line, handling materials from cutting to finished product. 3. Cutting materials, inserting insulation, stapling, and fitting lifting straps. 4. Using hand and power tools (nail gun, drill, hammer, tape measure). 5. Assembling wooden frames following technical drawings. 6. Performing quality checks on finished products. 7. Wrapping and preparing products for transportation. 8. Rotating across different workstations to gain skills and knowledge.
