Trainee Home Manager: if you have elderly care experience and are a registered nurse you’re halfway there. If you are becoming frustrated by your current Home Manager and think you could do a better job, this role might be for you. Perhaps you are a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse who has been passed over for Home Management positions because you have no previous Home Management experience. You may be working towards your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management and want to start putting your new skills to good use. If not, there is support to help you with this. If you enjoy working within elderly care and have an understanding of what it takes to lead teams, then let’s talk.
