Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Good time management & organisation. Experience in dealing with development plot sales and advising clients on all aspects of residential development; advising on and acting in residential transactions on all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including dealing acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions; variation of restrictive covenant etc. Experience in local authority land dealings is not essential and will consider private practice background for the right candidate.
