We are on the hunt in Harrogatefor a full time experienced Receptionist based out of the Care Home.
Duties and responsibilities are,
* Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
* Answering door and greeting visitors
* Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
* Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
* Franking Mail
* Other Admin Functions as Required
* Occasional Trips to Post Office
* Making Beverages for the Team
