Building strong local links and representing Hallmark within the dementia community
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and Hallmark's quality framework
Managing assessments, care planning, audits, recruitment, and compliance
You are a passionate advocate for dementia care, with proven experience in managing dementia services in residential or nursing care settings. You lead with warmth, empathy, and quiet confidence - always looking to raise the bar and inspire those around you.
