Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Location: SGES Larne Purpose: The Customer Service Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the supply chain by delivering accurate and efficient customer service. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the role is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing and packaging sample orders in line with company procedures, and providing front-of-house reception support. The position also contributes to wider supply chain activities, including providing cover during periods of holiday or absence, helping to ensure a consistently high level of service across the business Essential Criteria Minimum of GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above in English and Maths 2 years experience in a customer facing role Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines with high-speed accurate data entry Strong customer focus Essential in role Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel Excellent communication skills, oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work on own initiative Ability to multi task in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment If you are interested in the position please apply via the link
