Our client is looking for a data-savvy, strategic thinker to join their team. In this key role, you will craft and execute cross-channel brand strategies that bring the company's vision to life.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor position, ideal for a self-starter eager to take ownership.
As the Brand Manager, you will:
* Drive audience understanding through detailed research, trend tracking, and competitor analysis.
* Lead the consumer insights roadmap, brand health tracking, and campaign impact evaluations.
* Craft data-informed creative briefs and oversee campaign alignment across TV, social, digital, and print.
* Develop seasonal go-to-market strategies and annual promotional calendars to ensure brand consistency and maximum visibility.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and champion continuous experimentation and innovation.
You will need the following skillsets:
1. 6+ years in brand strategy or consumer insights within eCommerce, retail, or an agency setting.
2. Proven success with B2C campaigns in the UK market.
