We are seeking a skilled German Translator to translate English website content into high-quality, natural German. The role includes translating blog articles and SEO-focused category page content for our website.
The ideal candidate must ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and SEO alignment for the German market.
Key Responsibilities
Translate category page descriptions and product-related content
Adapt tone and messaging for the German audience (localization, not literal translation)
Maintain brand voice consistency
Optimize translated content for SEO (keywords, headings, meta titles/descriptions)
Proofread and edit translated content before publishing
Collaborate with SEO and content teams
Experience & Required Skills
2+ years of professional translation experience
Experience in website/blog translation preferred
Native German speaker (mandatory)
Proven experience in English → German translation
Strong grammar and writing skills in German
Understanding of SEO content writing principles
Ability to maintain natural, engaging tone
Attention to detail and accuracy
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
