Temporary Administrator - Light Warehouse Support
📍 Deeside Industrial Zone | 💷 £12.50 per hour + holiday pay
🕘 Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm | 📅 28th July - 15th August (inclusive)
I am looking for a reliable and friendly Temporary Administrator to support a warehouse-based team during a period of holiday cover. This is a calm and steady-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin and light hands-on tasks.
🛠️ What you'll be doing:
Answering incoming calls and handling basic queries
Carrying out general admin tasks to support the team
Greeting and assisting any visitors to the site
Helping with light packing of small items (bags and cardboard boxes - nothing heavy!)

A confident communicator with a helpful attitude
Organised and comfortable working independently
Physically able to assist with light packing duties
Available for the full assignment from 28th July to 15th AugustThis is a great short-term role for someone who's happy to lend a hand and keep things running smoothly during a quieter period! You will have an hourly rate of £12.50ph plus holiday roll up, and working hours of 9am-4pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. There is plenty of free parking on site, and a small breakout room to enjoy your break in!
