Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEMH)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, autism, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Assist the teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Support EHCP targets and individual learning plansIdeal Candidate:
Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH
Calm, patient, and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management skills
Passion for supporting young people
