We are recruiting an enthusiastic team of Accommodation Support Officers to provide welfare, safety, and practical support to students aged 16 and over in our 104-bed halls of residence and host family accommodation. The role involves liaising with student residents, ensuring security, safety, wellbeing, and organizing events.
This casual vacancy requires out-of-office hours work, including weekends and bank holidays, on a flexible rota basis, as we operate 24/7. Available working patterns include:
* Waking Nights: 22:00 - 08:30
Applicants must be routinely available during these hours. This is a waking night role. Some flexibility may be needed to work occasional shifts at Loughborough College Accommodation to ensure both sites have adequate staffing.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English (e.g., GCSE grades A-C). Participation in induction training prior to shift allocation is required. Please note that no accommodation is provided, and we cannot offer skilled worker sponsorship; applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
