As an Optical Assistant, you don’t need to have previous experience; you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores.
Our store
Located in the Belvoir Shopping Centre, our store is conveniently located in the centre of Coalville with ample parking available nearby.

What we’re looking for?
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
* Welcoming customers into the store
* Booking in eye tests
* Pre-screening patients
* Providing style advice
* Measuring frames
* Taking phone calls
Desirable Experience
If you’ve got all these skills, we’d love for you to apply. There’s also some desirable experience that could set you apart from the competition:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Experience in optics or audiology business, or some knowledge/experience of optical and/or audiology terminology.
