The Property Claims Handler role:
1. Assessing, investigating and negotiating property claims from cradle to grave.
2. Liaising with insurers and third parties to gather info and provide updates.
3. Resolving queries and providing expert advice throughout the claims process.
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
What you’ll bring as a Property Claims Handler:
1. Proven experience in dealing with property claims within an insurance brokerage.
2. A sincere passion for delivering excellent client services.
3. Possess strong technical knowledge of commercial property insurance.
4. Solid organisation, communication and time-keeping skills.
5. Insurance qualifications are highly desirable!
