Job Description
* Correspond and assist customers via phone, email and live chat
* Deal with general enquiries and queries regarding products in particular.
* Take customers through the order process, advising on product availability and upgrades where applicable
* Be able to advise customers accordingly, and diagnose faults.
* Support and assist the technical team with customer queries
* Work alongside the sales team passing through orders and update the internal system details
* Ensure customers are aware of the warranty process, talking them through options when they are reporting a faulty item
* Work in partnership with the engineering team to schedule repairs
The Successful Applicant
This would be a great role for someone who has proven experience in a service advisor post within an engineering or manufacturing company.
* Proven customer service experience
* Previous experience working within technical or manufacturing organisation
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and previous experience within a fast paced environment
* IT efficient
