The Role Commercial Litigation - Senior Associate - Up to 85,000 salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm with offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham. This role offers the chance to handle and lead complex commercial legal cases while contributing to the firm’s growth and maintaining a strong local presence. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of high-value disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and professional negligence claims. With a focus on protecting clients’ interests, you will provide expert advice, represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings, and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence.
