Supply Teacher
* Location: Hailsham
* Job Type: Supply, Full-time & Part-time Available
* Daily Rate: £140 - £200
We are currently seeking dedicated and flexible Supply Teachers for positions in the Hailsham and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for those who are available to work a minimum of 2 days per week, with the potential to work up to 5 days. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time commitments are available, with the possibility of long-term or permanent placements.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Be ready for early morning calls at 7am to prepare for daily assignments.
* Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum standards.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
* Provide feedback on student progress and participate in school meetings as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic about professional development and education.
