As a Relief Commercial Tyre Fitter, you’ll play a vital part in keeping bus fleets safe and operational—helping protect passengers and the public while supporting sustainability and efficiency. Travel to different bus depots across the SE & SW London to provide cover during team absences. Fit, inspect, and maintain bus tyres, ensuring accurate and timely input of job sheets into our internal system. Take ownership of your workload—understand fleet needs, set priorities, and deliver high-quality service without constant supervision. Build positive relationships with depot teams and provide excellent customer service. What are we looking for? Ideally located in Croydon A valid full UK driving licence (a company van will be provided). The right to work in the UK (please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship). Previous experience in tyre fitting is preferred. Adaptability and willingness to work in different locations to cover holidays and sickness. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively. Good communication and customer service skills—you’ll be representing Michelin at our customers’ sites. Flexibility for early morning starts when required. What’s in it for you?
