Job Description for Account Manager at Hilti

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves engaging in meaningful interactions with customers, adopting a consultative approach to support them in enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability.

Role Responsibilities

* Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, and listening to tailor solutions accordingly.
* Demonstrate innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
* Develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Manage your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing the Salesforce CRM system effectively.

Candidate Requirements

* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented mindset to identify customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.

* Motivation and drive to succeed and overcome challenges.
* Curiosity and a passion for learning and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills for managing time and priorities independently.
* Full manual UK driving license is essential for visiting customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
