What You Will Do:
1. Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe plant operations and maintaining product quality.
2. Develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures, contributing to continuous improvement activities.
3. Resolve plant issues and breakdowns efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing equipment reliability.
4. Participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects, showcasing your technical expertise.
5. Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians, acting as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.
6. Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and fast-paced decision-making across a varied technology base.
What You Will Bring:
