We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and transform the engineering function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering the site's engineering strategy, ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and efficiency.
The Role
As Engineering Manager, you will:
·Set and deliver the site's engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
·Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
·Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
·Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
·Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management.
·Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
·Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations.
What We're Looking For
·10+ years' engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing.
·Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies.
·Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
·Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
