Your Key Responsibilities
* Inspect parts/materials dimensionally and visually, including non-destructive testing, according to quality standards
* Use standard measuring tools and devices proficiently
* Follow inspection protocols and procedures
* Perform inspection tasks with skill and judgment to ensure quality
* Read and interpret production prints and instructions
* Conduct various inspection operations, including final visual inspection
* Set up or adjust gauges and equipment as needed
* Record data and count parts accurately
* Train new employees and inspectors as required
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards
* Meet skill requirements as per training matrix and certifications
Your Qualifications
* Grade 12 diploma
* Experience as an inspector, or mechanical aptitude and related quality experience
