Housing Manager (Hybrid) needed in Sutton, £148.10 per day PAYE - Reference: OR25691 Minimum 3 days on site 2 days remote As a Housing Manager, you will be required to demonstrate a holistic approach to tenancy management and take ownership of residents concerns, providing support and resolution in line with policy and procedure. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of rent recovery, adult & child safeguarding, anti-social behaviour case management, supporting victims of domestic abuse, mutual exchanges and working with residents to support them in making positive lifestyle changes. You will be required to promote inclusion among tenants and help to build stronger communities. This is a challenging, interesting and engaging role and will require you to demonstrate a commitment and ability to work within and across teams to deliver resident priorities.
