Commercial Property Management Surveyor (Shopping Centre) | Client Side | Glasgow
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager with shopping centre expertise? This is your chance to join a respected client-side property business in Glasgow, managing a diverse portfolio and driving tenant satisfaction, asset value, and operational excellence.
The Role
You’ll lead the day-to-day management of shopping centre assets, working closely with Asset Managers, FM, and Finance teams. Responsibilities include:
* Managing landlord-tenant matters and fostering strong relationships
* Overseeing service charge budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
* Supporting leasing activity, inspections, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
* Mentoring junior colleagues as part of their development
About You
* Proven background in commercial property management, ideally shopping centres or multi-asset portfolios
* Strong financial and reporting skills
* Confident communicator and problem solver
* RICS qualified (or working towards) desirable
