Ardingly College Swim School is seeking to appoint an experienced Swimming Teacher to provide weekend swimming and/or ad hoc weekday sessions (as required by the Swim School Manager). The role includes providing lessons for all ages and abilities.
Candidates should have a high level of experience in teaching Swimming, excellent class programming and instructing skills and a sound knowledge of the safety requirements needed to deliver lessons.
Our swimmer development programme follows the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) and as such you must be qualified to ASA Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum.
The hours of work are as and when required on an ad hoc basis, usually during weekends, Thursday evenings and/or Wednesday mornings. There are no guaranteed minimum hours, and no obligation either way to offer or accept hours offered.
The hourly rate is £25.09 plus holiday entitlement
