About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedConstruction Site Managerto oversee new build residential/commercial projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all on-site activities for new build projects.
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
4. Monitor project progress against programme schedules and budgets.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.
