The Role
The key aspects of this role include being fully accountable for your area, delivering results through your team, and driving the Continuous Improvement (CI) process by coaching, mentoring, and developing your team. You will work collaboratively with support functions.
At the Annan site, we produce Young's Scampi for many major retailers. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards while fostering a close-knit and collaborative working environment.
This role is based in Annan, the Scottish Borders. Candidates will be required to work on-site 5 days per week due to the nature of the role.
The Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience in production leadership, with exposure to FMCG environments, BRC audit standards, and being 'audit ready.'
* Experience working in a fish factory.
* Working understanding of Microsoft Office.
* HACCP Level 3 (or equivalent).
* Level 3 Food Hygiene (or equivalent).
* NEBOSH Certificate qualification (desirable).
