The role:

You’ll own your territory working closely with the regional sales team and with the support of an experienced team around you, driving both new business and new products, and expanding existing accounts for our patented products in the commercial construction market. This is a field-based role—expect to be in the thick of it 80% of the time, building relationships, closing deals, and turning conversations into conversions. Energising both customers and colleagues, you will be force for progressive change.

What you'll be doing:

7. Project selling to agreed managed and targeted accounts
8. Managing existing OEM accounts
9. Driving the commodities to the distribution market
10. Delivering technical product presentations and onsite training
11. Managing your territory like a business owner—with full autonomy and our trust
12. Keeping CRM insights sharp and sales reports smarter

Who you are:

You’re a driven, intuitive and strategic sales professional who:

13. performs under pressure with energy and always ‘finds the way’

15. is self-motivated and proactively pursues opportunities with focus
16. builds strong relationships that turn customers into loyal and lasting partners

You’ll also need:

21. proven success in prospecting and direct sales (MEP/construction experience a bonus)
22. a full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel 80%
23. fluency in English and the ability to speak the language of impact
