Manual Tester Remote / London 2 days per week £350 - £375 per day Inside IR35 Short Contract until the end of Feb Immediate starters only B2B Generative AI Platform | Go-live end of February Friendly, collaborative team We’re looking for a hands-on Manual Tester to support the final stages of launching a B2B Generative AI solution, with go-live scheduled for the end of February. This is a short, focused contract designed to strengthen quality and confidence ahead of release. It is not an automation role. You’ll join a friendly, proactive team working at pace, where clear thinking, curiosity, and constructive challenge are genuinely valued. The role You’ll focus on manual and exploratory testing across a complex AI-driven product, helping the team validate real-world behaviour, edge cases, and user outcomes as we approach launch. The product has multiple possible paths and outcomes, so this role suits someone who enjoys thinking beyond happy paths and scripted test cases. What we’re looking for Strong experience as a manual tester. Comfortable testing complex systems where behaviour is not always deterministic. Experience working in Agile environments, with a pragmatic rather than dogmatic approach. A curious, hands-on mindset, happy to explore, question, and experiment. Someone who shares what they’re thinking clearly. Flagging risks, insights, and observations early. Able to work collaboratively with developers and product teams in a fast-moving environment. Important to note This role is manual testing only. Automation is explicitly out of scope due to the short duration and delivery focus. The emphasis is on exploratory testing, judgement, and communication, not tooling.
