Description
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness for 1300 employees
Involvement in a system implementation and transformation project
Process improvement
Management of 1 payroll administrator
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate data flow for payroll purposes.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
Provide support during audits and implement process improvements where necessary.
Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll operations.Profile
A successful Interim Payroll Manager should have:
Proven experience in managing payroll processes within the FMCG or similar sector.
