TES are an award-winning environmental engineering company specialising in Water Treatment and Power Distribution solutions. Due to the continued growth and expansion we are seeking skilled and reliable Mechanical Fitters to join our expanding team at our Data Centre Campus in Ballykelly.
These are hands-on role focused on the assembly and installation of mechanical components within power and switchgear systems, supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

About The Role
Role Function
* Carry out mechanical assembly of switchgear and power equipment
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Install mechanical components including frameworks, panels, and enclosures
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements
* Identify and report defects or non-conformances
* Work closely with electrical teams and supervisors to meet build schedules
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
The person:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Assembly Technician in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Strong practical skills with mechanical tools and equipment
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience in switchgear, power systems, or data centre infrastructure
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment
* Relevant apprenticeship or mechanical qualification
* Awareness of Health & Safety regulations within manufacturing
